This the rough plan for the big day...

 

3.30pm The bus for the day guests leaves from Kirkwall.

4.00pm The Wedding takes place on the clifftop at The Gloup, Deerness.

4.30pm The happy couple head off for photos and the bus leaves for the reception in Deerness Hall.

5.30pm The toast and speeches.

6.30pm Buffet dinner is served.

8.00pm The bus for the evening guests leaves from Kirkwall.

9.00pm The Liam Muir Band starts up and the ceileidh kick's off.

10.30pm Supper is served.

11.00pm The band kicks off the second part of the ceileidh.

1.00am The band finishes.

2.00am The buses leave back to Kirkwall.
